SxSLens provides a web-based image editing tool allowing users to create side-by-side comparison photos. We offer a basic Free version and a paid Pro version.

**3. Pro Subscriptions & Billing**
* **Subscription:** SxSLens Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($4.99/month).
* **Billing:** You agree to pay the subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred.
* **Renewal:** Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
* **Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time through your "My Subscriptions" page. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

**4. User Conduct**
You are solely responsible for the images you create using our tool. You agree not to use SxSLens to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates the rights of others.

**5. Intellectual Property**
* **Your Content:** You retain full ownership of all photos you upload and create. We claim no ownership over your images.
* **Our Service:** The SxSLens interface, logo, code, and branding are the intellectual property of SxSLens and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

**6. Limitation of Liability**
The Service is provided "as is." SxSLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or data.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
